Ulverston Carnival takes place on Saturday 6th July.
The day will start in the Market Place with local miscreants being punished in the stocks.
The parade itself will commence from Hart Street at 1.00pm, and will include local dance schools, bands and floats from all sections of the community.

Oh Dear… what a complete joke! The Carnival was great, But spoiled by Lager fueled idiots! The Boom Dang Drummers seen a poor kid have his drumstick taken off him and shook the poor kid up, the drinking rules was relaxed much too far and it just spoiled the atmosphere of the day! Good on all the floats though it was amazing! Well done…
