PRINTFEST was set up in 2001 by printmakers Judy Evans and Ronkey Bullard and takes place over the early May Bank Holiday weekend. It is based in the friendly market town of Ulverston, Cumbria, on the edge of the Lake District, where the Coronation Hall provides a beautiful and relaxed setting for the display of artwork from throughout the UK and further afield.
Printfest is the UK’s only artist led printmaking festival. It celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2011 and is dedicated to the exhibition and sale of contemporary prints. It offers the opportunity to view and purchase art works, meet the artists and find out more about printmaking.
Printfest 2013 takes place on Saturday 4 May and Sunday 5 May 2013 from 10 am to 5 pm when work from more than 40 national and international artists will be exhibited.
Our Private View takes place on the evening of Friday 3 May from 7 pm to 9 pm.
