North Lonsdale Agricultural Show
The 2009 North Lonsdale Agricultural Show will be held on Wednesday 29th July at Bardsea Park, Bardsea, Ulverston. Instead of doing a 9-5 at work, why not spend the day at our local show. Like work, it runs from 9-5, but unlike work there’s a beer tent on site.
Also featuring will be the Kangaroos Gymnastic Display Team and the made in Cumbria Food Marquee with cookery demonstrations. All the regular attractions wll be there too: Cattle, Sheep, Horses, Poultry, Pigeons, Rabbits, Dogs, Home Industries, Horticulture, Children’s Classes, Floral Art and Rural Crafts.
Admission is £6.00 for adults and £5.00 for concessions and children. A family ticket costs £16.00
A free bus runs from Victoria Road in Ulverston all day.
